Senior Residential Facility in Bedford, Ohio

NOVEMBER 21, 2023

Dear Friends and Family of Light of Hearts Villa,
Wishing you a joyful Thanksgiving week! Here’s a quick update: Yesterday, on Monday, November 20th, we conducted testing for all residents in the community. Unfortunately, we identified 2 more residents who tested positive, bringing the total to 20 residents currently in quarantine in their rooms. For those residents who have tested negative, they are free to move about the building, and today we have resumed activities and meals in the dining room.
We are maintaining precautions for residents in the Lumen Lane Memory Care Neighborhood, as they have remained COVID-free, and we are committed to keeping it that way. With the spread significantly reduced, especially in light of the Thanksgiving holiday, we’ve decided it’s safe to restart activities and dining room meals for all residents who have not tested positive.
Wishing everyone a safe and joyous Thanksgiving! Thank you for your ongoing support as we navigate through this challenging season.
With gratitude and care,

Breanne Cavileer, LNHA, CDP
Executive Director
