Event Description

Curious about the vision behind Vincentian Pathways and interested in becoming more involved? Join us for a relaxed and informative evening as we gather to explore the history, beauty and future of this meaningful space.

Guests will enjoy:

  • A short presentation sharing the vision and ongoing restoration efforts of Vincentian Pathways
  • Burgers, snacks and refreshments
  • A guided walk and tour of the historic grounds
  • Opportunities to learn about volunteer involvement, upcoming projects and future plans


Following the indoor presentation, guests will walk the grounds together for a guided tour, conversation and time to connect with others who share a passion for nature, history, preservation and community stewardship.

Vincentian Pathways is a growing community effort focused on restoring and reimagining the historic grounds surrounding Light of Hearts Villa — honoring the legacy of the Sisters while creating a welcoming space for reflection, pollinators, native plantings and future generations to enjoy.

Anyone interested in learning more and getting involved is warmly welcome to attend.

Key Goals of the Vincentian Pathways Project

  • Restoration of Historic Gardens: Bringing new life to the stunning gardens that have been part of our community for decades.
  • Public Park in Bedford: Creating an open, welcoming space for residents and visitors to enjoy the beauty of nature in the heart of the city.
  • Preserving Our Legacy: Ensuring that the history and mission of the Sisters who founded Light of Hearts Villa are honored and carried forward for future generations.
