Ray Dorman, a seasoned chef, honed his culinary skills through a rigorous apprenticeship program under Swiss Master Chef Steffon Rieger from 1982 to 1985. Since 1987, he has been an active member of The American Culinary Federation, Cleveland Chapter, showcasing his dedication to the culinary arts.

Ray’s culinary journey spans various roles and establishments. He served as the Head Chef at The Terrace Room restaurant in Mentor, Ohio, and later as the Executive Chef at Heather Hill Nursing Home in Chardon, Ohio. His expertise further flourished as the Executive Chef at The Hillbrook Club in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
In January 14th, 1991, Ray embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining the team at Light of Hearts Villa. Since then, he has brought his wealth of experience and passion for culinary excellence to the residents and staff alike.
