Breanne Cavileer serves as the Executive Director of Light of Hearts Villa, a faith-based senior living community offering assisted living, memory care, and respite care in Bedford, Ohio. This community, which is a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, benefits from Breanne’s extensive leadership experience in senior care.

Before her tenure at Light of Hearts Villa, Breanne held the position of Executive Director at Elmcroft of Medina, where her leadership resulted in two consecutive deficiency-free surveys and high associate engagement scores. Prior to that, she served as Executive Director at Emeritus at Canton and as Administrator at Rudwick Manor Special Care Center.

With over 20 years of experience in skilled nursing and assisted living facility management, Breanne holds licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and certification as a Dementia Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health from Ohio University, with a minor in psychology and a concentration in gerontology and long-term care management.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Breanne resides in Copley with her husband, John, and their children, Everett and Estella. Their household is also home to two energetic and lovable dogs, Bronko and Winston. Family activities, including gymnastics classes, baseball games, and Boy Scouts events, form the cornerstone of Breanne’s life. When she’s not engaged in family activities, she enjoys tending to her yard, spending quality time with loved ones, and exploring new destinations through travel.
