Kieran’s journey reflects a commitment to service and a passion for community engagement. After attending Tri-C and Cleveland State University, Kieran embarked on a career path focused on interior finishes, spending 12 years at Collins & Aikman in the commercial fabrics and wallcoverings sector. Transitioning to become an Independent Manufacturers Rep, he represented various lines of commercial interior finishes for eight years.

During this time, Kieran remained actively involved in coaching CYO Basketball and contributing to the College of Wooster Summer Camps. His career trajectory took a turn when he was recruited to join the basketball staff at Benedictine High School in 2000. Accepting the offer to be closer to his family, Kieran assumed roles in admissions and marketing for 12 years before becoming the Advancement Director, overseeing fundraising efforts alongside admissions, alumni relations, and marketing for five years.

In 2018, Kieran’s path led him to Light of Hearts Villa (LOHV), where he found a new calling. Embracing his role at LOHV, Kieran feels blessed to contribute alongside an exceptional staff at this esteemed facility, cherishing the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Kieran finds joy in his family life. Married to Debbie, they have two boys and two granddaughters. Debbie, now retired, enjoys house and outdoor projects, while Kieran and his family relish moments spent golfing and making memories with their loved ones. For Kieran, the most rewarding aspect of his work is the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring colleagues who share his dedication to caring for LOHV’s residents.
