Help Make a Difference
Our volunteers are a treasured resource. Volunteers perform various duties for residents and staff, including resident visits and transportation, clerical and computer work, event assistance, gardening, landscaping, gift shop assistance, and resident trips.
Light of Hearts Villa is always looking for compassionate and talented individuals who are willing to reap the benefits of becoming an integral part of this ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System. Share your time, talents, and treasures, and make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Whether you are a student, parent, employed, or retired, we will find you a perfect fit. When you give of your time and talents, you get much more in return… personal satisfaction, friendships, and the knowledge that you are fulfilling the ministry of Light of Hearts Villa.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Transporting residents in-house
- Sharing musical talent
- Gardening Making friendly visits
- Clerical/computer work
- Serving as a Eucharistic Minister/Lector
- Assisting in the re-sale shop (Cozy Corner)
- Assisting maintenance
- Helping with activities/crafts
- Special events
