COMMUNITY Updates

December 9, 2025

Dear Friends and Family of Light of Hearts Villa,

As we enter this beautiful season of reflection and celebration, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. Thank you to everyone who supported us during #weGiveCatholic—your generosity continues to uplift and sustain our mission. We are feeling the joy, encouragement, and community spirit that this special day inspires each year. We are truly grateful for every prayer, share, and gift that helps us continue making God’s love visible here at the Villa.

December is always one of the most joyful months in our community, filled with festive gatherings, meaningful traditions, and moments that bring residents and staff together in the spirit of the season. We have several wonderful activities planned, and we look forward to celebrating with our residents all month long:

December Resident Events

Friday, December 12 at 2:00 PM — Cleveland Dance Project Performance

A lively and beautiful performance by the Cleveland Dance Project to kick off the holiday festivities.

Wednesday, December 17 at 2:00 PM — Resident Christmas Party with Santa, Sponsored by Home Instead
A beloved annual tradition! Santa will be here to spread cheer, share smiles, and make memories.

Monday, December 22 at 2:00 PM — December Birthday Bash
Celebrating our wonderful residents with December birthdays—complete with treats, music, and joyful company.

Wednesday, December 31 — New Year’s Eve Party with Kellie Karl
We’ll ring in the New Year in style with entertainment from the always-amazing Kellie Karl! Residents will enjoy snacks, beverages, and fun festive accessories like beads, hats, and other décor as we count down to 2026 together.

If you feel called to support one of these special celebrations, activity sponsorships are available for $500. Your generosity helps us provide meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection, and enrichment to our residents. If interested, please reach out—we would be so grateful for your partnership.

As always, thank you for being part of our Light of Hearts Villa family. Your support, involvement, and kindness help us create a warm, nurturing, faith-filled home for those who live here. We wish you and your loved ones a peaceful, joyful, and blessed Christmas season.

With thanks and love,
