Learn About Vincentian Pathways: A Project to Restore History and Build Community.
Date: Tuesday, March 18 | Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Location: Light of Hearts Villa | 283 Union St. Bedford, OH 44146
Light of Hearts Villa (LOHV) offers residents a wide variety of faith-based activities. Our Catholic senior living chapel, which residents call the “Heart of the Villa,” is available around the clock for quiet reflection and prayer.
Catholic senior living at Light of Hearts Villa was founded by the Vincentian Sisters of Charity in the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul, who called his followers to “seek the face of Christ in every person you meet.” That spirit influences the approach that staff and residents seek to implement in their daily lives.
The LOHV Pastoral Ministry Department for Catholic senior living tends to the spiritual needs of residents of all faiths. Pastoral Ministry for Catholic senior living efforts are designed to spiritually enrich the lives of all residents, staff, volunteers, and guests.
Catholic senior living residents can take part in a number of spiritual opportunities, including:
Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 am
Saturday: Mass at 3:45 pm
Anointing of the Sick is offered three times a year and individually upon request.

Sister Regina Kusnir, SC, has lived a life of extraordinary charity and has been an integral part of Light of Hearts Villa. She helped coordinate the transition of Lumen Cordium High School into an assisted living facility in 1989. Since 2005, she has served as the director of pastoral and special ministries, where she helps address the spiritual life of residents.
Thanks to your incredible support, we raised $114,060 during this year’s #weGiveCatholic campaign! Your generosity is helping us continue our mission and make a lasting impact in the lives of our residents. Thank you!
