Light of Hearts Villa Celebrates Deficiency-Free Survey 2025

Light of Hearts Villa Earns Deficiency-Free Rating on 2025 Annual Survey

We are thrilled to share exciting news with our community — Light of Hearts Villa has officially received a deficiency-free rating on our 2025 Annual State Survey conducted by the Ohio Department of Health!

This achievement is highly significant in the senior living industry and reflects the exceptional level of care, safety, professionalism, and mission-driven service happening within our walls every single day. A deficiency-free rating means that state surveyors found zero areas needing improvement across all standards, including resident care, safety protocols, staffing, compliance, documentation, training, and environmental operations.

Why This Matters

Annual state surveys are thorough and rigorous, and they serve as a vital measure of quality and accountability within assisted living and memory care communities. Achieving a deficiency-free result demonstrates:

• Excellence in resident care and health services
• Strong leadership and operational systems
• A safe and well-maintained environment
• A dedicated, well-trained, and compassionate care team
• A culture centered on dignity, respect, and mission

A Team Effort Rooted in Mission

Executive Director Breanne Cavileer shared:

“This accomplishment is a testimony to the love, dedication, and professionalism our team shows every single day. Our staff truly lives our mission, and this recognition reflects the exceptional standard of care we provide to every resident who calls Light of Hearts Villa home.”

At Light of Hearts Villa, excellence is not a goal — it is a responsibility we uphold joyfully, guided by the Vincentian mission of serving older adults with faith, compassion, dignity, and heart-centered hospitality.

Thank You to Our Staff, Residents, Families, and Supporters
We could not be more proud of our caregivers, nurses, housekeepers, dining team, maintenance staff, administrative departments, and volunteers who consistently go above and beyond. We also extend heartfelt gratitude to our residents and families for their trust — it is an honor to be part of your everyday life and care journey.
