Night of Hearts Campaign Reaches Fundraising Goal

Light of Hearts Villa launched its fundraising campaign, Night of Hearts, in February 2022 to raise the necessary funds to install LED color changing lights around the exterior of the building. We are happy to announce the campaign was a success and the dollars have been raised! We will be getting these beautiful lights installed in the next month or so and cannot wait for our community to see them.

Thank you to all who shared the campaign, contributed and encouraged this idea! The excitement around it was invigorating and we are shocked at the willingness of our community to always show up.

About the Campaign

The Light of Hearts Villa building is an iconic building in historic Bedford, Ohio. Covered in panels of sparkling rose quartz and black granite, it really is one of the most beautiful pieces of architecture around.

But if you’ve ever driven by our facility at night, you may have noticed the lack of lighting.

With the installation of high-end LED color changing lights around the entire exterior, our beautiful building’s features will be noticed even in the dark!

Light of Hearts Villa is a 501(c)3 Licensed Residential Care Facility that is sponsored by the Sisters of Charity Health System which includes one acute care Catholic hospital, two skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, three grant-making foundations, and six health and human services organizations in Ohio and South Carolina.
