Lumen Lane Memory Care

Lumen Lane provides structured programs designed for memory-impaired individuals to experience supported independence within a secure environment. Our programming is specifically designed to accommodate various stages of dementia.

Lumen Lane is staffed by caregivers and nursing personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our staff works closely with families to assess the needs of each resident prior to move in. Weekly monitoring of weight along with vitals are an important part of healthy living at Lumen Lane.
